GREEN STEPS

WHAT IS A GREEN RUN?

Most running events generate
huge amounts of waste and are
not environmentally friendly.

Earth Run is leading the way and has eliminated typical run practices to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.

Working with Athletes for a Fit
Planet, Earth Run uses the CRS
(Council for Responsible Sport)
standards as a guide to ensure
minimal impact.

CRS 6 Areas of focus:

1) Waste
2) Climate
3) Equipment/Supplies
4) Community Outreach
5) Health Promotion
6) Innovation

working out on the machines.
