I recognize and understand that there are risks associated with being a Walk Participant for the 5K Walk/Run and any other events put on by the Earth Run Foundation that I may attend.  I hereby waive and release any and all claims for injuries or damages I have against the Earth Run Foundation, Valley Promotions Inc, its directors, volunteers, employees and other Run or Walk Participants caused by the negligence of any of them arising out of my participation at the 5K Walk or run.  I , for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release any and all claims for inquiries or damages I have against the society, its directors and employees and all cities and associations associated with the event, including the Province of British Columbia, City of Vancouver, race Walk Participants & Volunteers, sponsors and or their agents and representatives.  

 

All photographs, video or any other images taken by the employees, directors, representative or agent of the society are the property of the society and may be used without the permission of the photographed person.
